  • Collaboration allows for four skills to develop: communication, consensus building, conflict resolution, and negotiation

  • Pair Programming makes it so the pairs trade off on who watches while the other codes
  • Think Pair Share: Think of ideas by yourself, find someone to pair with and share with, share with the class or others
  • Commenting in code helps partner and you understand whats going on
  • Asking different people to test and describe their perspective on it
